How we handle your data & your rights

At the Farmwise Devon which is run by the Devon County Agricultural Association we are committed to protecting and respecting privacy.

The policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, that you provide to us or that we may receive from others about you will be processed by us. It includes data that we hold electronically and in paper files. Data held electronically may be stored on a third party server or system but this data remains under the control of the DCAA and will only be used by the DCAA for the general organisation and administration of our events.

When joining the Devon County Agricultural Association, attending Farmwise, or other similar activities with which the Association is involved, we may need to share your data with regulatory and similar bodies, or other relevant third parties. Your data will only be shared where there is an operational need or specific consent has been granted.

We are required to provide you with this information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25 May 2018.

We will process data to deliver the services the Devon County Agricultural Association (DCAA) provides to you.
